Elliott Street Church of Christ to host brain health workshop featuring Yuri Huntington
Elliott Street Church of Christ in Breckenridge will present the workshop “Healing the Mind from Within” from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 8, at the church, 1701 W. Elliott St.
Led by licensed brain health trainer Yuri Huntington, the workshop is designed to help attendees understand the critical role of the brain as the organ of the mind. The session is rooted in scripture, specifically Romans 12:2, and aims to transform the mind through faith-based principles and scientific insight.
Workshop participants will gain personalized guidance and receive a complimentary brain health assessment. A detailed report will be emailed to each attendee, offering tailored recommendations on foods, supplements and exercises to support their individual brain type.
Huntington recently left her position as the executive director of the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce to pursue a full-time career as a life coach through her business Huntington.
