DA’s Office announces plea deals for February, March and April

The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has announced the following lists of cases that were pleaded in February, March and April 2025.
February 2024
- Mackenzie Neely, 27, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID) and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay court costs.
- David Michael Diaz, 37, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six months confinement in the County Jail, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to the offense Harassment – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six months confinement in the County Jail, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
- Matthew Neil Honea, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Family Member – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 160 days confinement in the County Jail, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
March 2025
- Timothy Michael Neely, 48, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Fail to Comply with Sex Offenders Duty to Register with Previous Conviction, and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID) and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court costs.
- Vonesa Fatime Vraniqi, 43, of Plano, pleaded True to the allegations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision, for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 207 Days in the Stephens County Jail, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.
- Catrina Anne Williams, 43, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and ordered to pay $750 fine, restitution, and court costs.
April 2025
- Dakota Wynn Baker, 21, of Bangs, pleaded guilty to the offense of Sexual Assault Child, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision, and ordered to pay $5,000 fine, and court costs.
- Crystal Dalton, 24, of McAlester, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to the offense of Abandon/Endanger Child – Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs.
- Douglas Leroy White, Jr., 45, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years community supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, restitution, and court costs.
