Runners doused in color during SMH’s Color Burst 5K, Fun Run

On Saturday morning, May 3, Stephens Memorial Hospital hosted a Color Burst 5K Run and 1K Fun Run. The event was held in conjunction with Frontier Days.
Runners were divided into two categories, youth and adults. In the youth division, the winners were Kippi Collinsworth and Knox Cooper. Both received new bicycles donated by the Breckenridge Walmart.
In the adult division, Tanner Wade was the winner, and he received a year’s membership donated by OneMore Fitness Center.
Other sponsors included United Supermarket, Texan Credit Corporation, Interbank, Clear Fork Bank, Breck Operating, Morehart Mortuary, and Hometown Brand Center.
Additionally, Sacred Cross EMS was on-site and followed behind the runners to ensure everyone stayed safe.
