CC Farms celebrates grand opening with ribbon cutting ceremony

The owners and staff of CC Farms celebrated the bistro and event venue’s grand opening with a Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 5.
DR Couch and Andy Chevalier welcomed guests to the farm located at 5451 FM 3418, despite the rain and chilly weather, serving up the CC Farms wine and bistro items.
The bistro is open from 4 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The light menu includes appetizers and some desserts. The menu on the CC Farms website shows items such as Grandma Shirley’s Farmhouse Biscuits with Honey, Green Herb Dip with Parmesan Baguette Chips, Charcuterie, Napa Chicken Salad, Tres Leches cake and Biscoff Cheesecake.
Couch and Chevalier are planning a Farmer’s Market event on April 19 with a variety of vendors offering products such as veggies, spices, candles and soaps, as well as CC Farms wines served from the bistro, and food trucks The Cousins Maine Lobster Truck and Sweet Cheeks BBQ Truck.
