Amber Stoker, age 44, of Breckenridge, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Don Bearden and Will Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 4, at Morehart Mortuary.

Amber Nichole Dickenson was born on March 4, 1981, in Midland, Texas, to parents Ronald Dickenson and Rebecca Lambert Dickenson. She attended schools in Breckenridge and was a proud member of the Breckenridge High School class of 1999. Amber worked in home healthcare, serving many members of the community throughout the years. Most recently, she began working at The Woodlands Assisted Living in Eastland as the HR Director. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her children. She also enjoyed cooking and making big messy meals for her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Delbert and Willadean Dickenson, James Rhodes, and Martha Horelica.

Amber is survived by her three children, Addison Dickenson-Stoker, Aryn Stoker and Abygail Stoker; her parents, Ronny Dickenson and Becky Lambert Dickenson; her sister, Cassy Peacock and husband Preston; niece and nephews, Preslea Leath and husband Wylie, Ethan Peacock, and Ayden Peacock; partner, Gary Sullivan; and many friends.
