The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office’s recently released the following list of cases that were pleaded in June 2024:

• Etta Pauline Riley, 69, of  Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to seven years Community Supervision and ordered to pay $500 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to another offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to seven years Community Supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
• Brigston Wade Robertson, 25, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled With Intentional Bodily Injury and was sentenced to four years Community Supervision and ordered to pay $750 fine and court costs.
• Tyler Ray Hamblin, 22, of Abilene, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to three years Community Supervision and ordered to pay $750 fine, court costs and restitution.
