DA’s Office announces plea deals made in May

The 90th Judicial District Attorney’s Office’s recently released the following list of cases that were pleaded in May 2024:
- Truman Edd Meredith, 64, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of failure to comply with sex offender duty to register for life/annual and was sentenced to eight years of community supervision and ordered to pay a $750 fine and court costs; and pleaded guilty to a second charge of failure to comply with sex offender duty to register for life/annual, and was sentenced to eight years of community supervision and ordered to pay court cost.
- Jonathan Dayton Ensey, 31, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of evading arrest or detention with vehicle and was sentenced to five years of community supervision and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and court costs.
- Victor Manuel Rendon-Sanchez, 33, of Graham, pleaded guilty to the offense of theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 and was sentenced to five years of community supervision and ordered pay a $1,500 fine, restitution and court costs.
