Ruth (Dianne) Harris of Breckenridge peacefully passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024, in her son’s home in McKinney. Her graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 6, at the Breckenridge Cemetery.

Dianne was born March 30, 1936, in Breckenridge to George Everett Conner and Veda May Conner. She lived the majority of her life in Breckenridge, attending the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Trey Gibson; her mother, Veda May Wilson; her grandmother, Cora Jones; and her lifelong friend, Janice Stone.

She is survived by her son, Scott Gibson: her brother, Jim Wilson; her step-son, Randy Harris; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
