Dianna Campbell, age 75 of Breckenridge, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 10, at Morehart Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in the Stoker Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

Dianna Mae Chaney was born February 26, 1949, in Breckenridge, Texas, to parents, Herman Lee Grimes and Anna Faye Mulvihill Grimes. She grew up and attended schools in Breckenridge. On February 16, 1967, Dianna married Evan Floyd Campbell in San Antonio. She worked as a Dietary Manager at Villa Haven for over 20 years. Dianna loved going to church and was a member of the Assembly of God for several years and more recently was a member of Gunsight Baptist Church. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and will be remembered as a great mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her family would describe her as genuine, caring, sweet, outgoing, independent and spunky.

Dianna was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Anna Grimes; her husband, Evan Campbell; sisters, Carolyn Folsom, Doris Hight, Brenda Ledbetter, Margie Bunch, Mary Chaney; one son, Randall Campbell; one grandson, Preston Campbell; one nephew, Joe Ledbetter; and one daughter-in-law, Deanetta Campbell.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by eight children, Michael Campbell and wife Robin of Missouri, Elmer Campbell, James Campbell, Robert Campbell and wife Billi, all of Oklahoma, Susan Morgan, of Breckenridge, Kathy Roberts of Ballinger, Sandra Stoker and husband Ray of Breckenridge, Cammie Wilson and husband Jamie of Lake Brownwood; her granddaughter that she raised, Celestial Campbell and her two babies that were her best friends, Kingsley and Khalia; one brother, James Chaney; 26 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
