Kade Tyler Mercer
Kade Tyler Mercer, 21, of Breckenridge, Texas, passed away on August 29, 2023. His memorial service at Bethany Baptist Church will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, with Danny Lee officiating. Services are under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home. Those wishing to visit with the family are invited to stop by their residence over the next few days.
Kade was born on March 21, 2002, in Weatherford, Texas, to Gary and Vicki Mercer. He was a 2020 graduate of Breckenridge High School.
Kade was preceded in death by his granny, Bonnie Young; nana, Terrie Anderson; pappy, Kevin Anderson; along with his great-grandparents who thought so dearly of him.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Vicki Mercer of Breckenridge; brothers, Korben Mercer of Rockport, Illinois, and Kasen Mercer of Breckenridge; niece, Emersyn Whitley of Vici, Oklahoma; grandpas, James Young and Larry Mercer; aunt, Keri Bishop and husband Luke; uncles, Cody Mercer and wife Stephanie, and Mark Young; great-uncle, Sonny Reiss and wife Angela, and Jason Bailey and wife Ginny; great-aunt, Dana Sessums and boyfriend Michael; cousins, Ayden Bishop, Kennedy Gann, and Tinslee Mercer; along with numerous other family members and friends.
