Melvin Wayne Duggan
Melvin “Wayne” Duggan, age 64, of Breckenridge, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 10, in the Necessity Cemetery with David Yoes and Rev. Rex Boggs officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
Melvin Wayne Duggan was born January 27, 1959, in Breckenridge, Texas, to Melvin Lamar Duggan and Sheila Shelton. He grew up and attended schools in Breckenridge. In his free time, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and taking trips to the coast. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his sister, Brenda Riley.
He is survived by his mother, Sheila Shelton and husband Cornbread; one brother, Howard Duggan and wife Angie; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
