Friends of Historic Breckenridge will present a concert by pianist Danny Wright on Friday, Dec. 2.

The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in Bailey Auditorium on the Breckenridge High School campus, 400 W. Lindsey St. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The concert is being held at Bailey Auditorium because the National Theatre is still undergoing work after damage from a hail storm earlier this year.

Tickets will cost $10 each and will be available at the door or online at TicketLeap.

Wright, who is from Fort Worth, has recorded 57 albums and performed all over the world, including The Parliament of Religions in Salt Lake City, Utah; The Smith Center in Las Vegas, Nevada; as well as The Jack Springer Concert Hall in Calgary, Canada.

Trained as a classical pianist, he composes and performs original compositions that are blended with various influences, including contemporary jazz, classical and neoclassical, according to the bio on his website. The award-winning pianist has had multiple albums in the Billboard Top 10 chart for New Age Albums.
