Lou Montgomery
Lou Montgomery, age 67 of Breckenridge, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 18, at Gunsight Baptist Church with Patrick Frishe officiating. Services have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.
Dorothy Louise Boyle was born January 17, 1955. On July 5, 2002, she married James William “Barber Bill” Montgomery in Breckenridge. Lou worked in food service at several restaurants, most recently at Chicken Express. She will be remembered for her outgoing and bubbly personality.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Montgomery; one daughter, Kristy Brinegar; one son, Tubby Smith; and one son-in-law, Larry Brinegar.
Lou is survived by her step-son, Kyle Montgomery and wife Nicole; six grandchildren, Allie Holson and husband David, Chris Hobbs, James Kerr, Dakota Hobbs, Marissa Montgomery, Anthony Montgomery; six great grandchildren, Hayden and Harper Holson, Layla and Michael Hobbs, Lilly and Makenzly Montgomery; and her Chicken Express family.
