William Henry Belding
February 21
13:31 2022

William Henry Belding II, 62, of Cisco, passed away at his residence on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at the Cityview Community Church in Mineral Wells, with Pastor Gary Word officiating. The family will welcome friends for a visitation at the church on Monday, February 21, 2022, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home Staff.

William was born in Mineral Wells on February 9, 1960, to his parents, W.J. “Bill” and Carol Belding. He was raised in a family that worked cattle and ranched in the southern part of Stephens County, and that was something William always enjoyed being a part of. For most of his adult life, he may have been running a dozer for an employer or truck driving on occasion, but he always came back to his home place, where he enjoyed the ranching way of life. William enjoyed spending time with friends, fishing, and hunting, even if he never caught or killed anything.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Belding, son, William Justin Belding, nephew, Phillip Belding, and a brother, David James Belding. He is survived by his father, W.J. “Bill” Belding; brothers, Douglas Belding and wife Lisa, and Ron Moore and wife Janice; nieces, Priestly Rodgers, Kaili Moore, Kelley Belding, Miranda Belding, and Reagan Belding; and nephew, Gregory Belding.

Memorial donations can be made in William’s memory to a charity or organization of the donor’s choice and may be left at the Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home office. Condolences may be made online at meltonkitchens.com.
