Alfonso Benitez
Alfonso Benitez, age 52, of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 18, at Morehart Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Tony Castro officiating. Interment will follow in the Hart Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
Alfonso Gonzales Benitez was born July 27, 1969, in Hidalgo, Mexico, to parents, Natalio Benitez and Epifania Gonzales Martinez. On July 18, 1990, he married Olga Lopez in Breckenridge. Alfonso was self-employed and the owner of ABTrans for many years. He was a member of First Baptist Church and the Roughneck Bible Class.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Epifania Gonzales Martinez; and two siblings, Juan Gonzales Benitez and Maria Luisa Gonzales Benitez.
Alfonso is survived by his wife, Olga Benitez; his children, Richard Lopez Benitez, Alex Benitez, Elizabeth Gonzales Benitez; his father, Natalio Benitez; and one brother, Antonio Gonzales Benitez.
