Angelina Arriola, 82, of Breckenridge, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Her funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Sacred Hearts Catholic Church. The family will welcome friends for a rosary service from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in the Melton-Kitchens Chapel of Memories. Angelina’s interment will take place at the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home staff.

Angelina Rodriguez was born on June 10, 1939, in Mission, Texas, to parents, Marcos and Angelica Rodriquez. After her marriage to Jose Arriola, the couple was blessed to have seven children. Her children brought such sunshine to her life.

Angelina loved sewing, watching her novellas, and talking on the phone with her family and friends. She also enjoyed feeding her cats and birds.

Angelina was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jose Arriola, Jr.; and two sons, Ray Arriola and Jose Arriola III. Angelina is survived by her daughter, Suzanna Arriola of Breckenridge; sons, Armando Arriola of Abilene, Martin Arriola of Breckenridge, Domingo Arriola of Breckenridge, and Fernando and wife Andrea Breckenridge; along with 23 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
