Tami L. Martin
Tami Lynette Martin, 61, of Breckenridge, passed away in Abilene, Texas, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Her graveside services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Breckenridge Cemetery, with JB Sparks officiating the service.
Tami Lynette Grigsby was born in Fresno, California, on July 26, 1960, to parents, James and Cathi Grigsby. Due to a parent being in the United States Navy the family moved around several times during her teenage years. She eventually moved from the Florida Keys to Sulphur Springs, Texas, where she graduated from Sulphur Springs High School. Tami was an independent and strong woman even though she had numerous health issues. She always remained positive and strong until the end. Her family meant everything to her, and she enjoyed any time they got to spend together.
Tami was preceded in death by her parents, James and Cathi Grigsby, and one brother, Lorne Grigsby. She is survived by her son, David Martin and wife Christy of Breckenridge; brother, James Alan Grigsby of Mobile, Alabama; two precious grandsons; and Mish’l, her dog and companion.
