Shirley Winnette Bowman
Shirley Winnette Bowman, age 85, of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Her wishes were to be cremated and no service is scheduled for now. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.
Shirley Winnette Tidrow was born October 20, 1935,in Haskell, Texas, to Emerson Tidrow and Etha Orr Tidrow. She graduated high school and went on to work in dispatch and truck driving. Winnette married Leroy Bowman on February 14, 1975.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three sons, Randy Canuteson, Mark Canuteson and Steve Canuteson; brothers, Douglas Tidrow, Jackie Tidrow, and Ronald Tidrow; and sisters, Modean Easterling and Betty Peaster.
Mrs. Bowman is survived by her granddaughters, Carly Canuteson of Holualoa, Hawaii, Carrie Root and husband Will of Waikoloa, Hawaii, Jana Vinson and husband Preston of North Pole, Alaska; great-grandchildren, Will Jr. and Leila Root, Atlas, Aurora, and Amity Vinson; daughter-in-law, Deann Canuteson of Captain Cook, Hawaii; and numerous nieces and nephews.
