Breckenridge Texan

Gary C. Roberts of Breckenridge passed away August 10, 2021.

He was born to JD and Maxine Sharp Roberts in Artesia, New Mexico. He graduated from Abilene High School and then went to Vietnam from 1966 until 1969. He was a SeaBee steel worker. He moved to Lindrith, New Mexico, and worked for El Paso Natural Gas where he retired from after 31 years. He moved to Breckenridge in 2000 and in 2002 he met his wife, Bobbie Roberts.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Rebecca Cornfoot.

Gary is survived by his wife, Bobbie Roberts; niece, Julie and husband Keith Anderson of Plano; nephew, Jim Cornfoot of Memphis, Tennessee; and two great nieces, Ashley and Courtney Anderson of Plano.
