First United Methodist Church to host ‘A Walk in the Park with Jesus’ revival May 16-18
First United Methodist Church of Breckenridge will host a three-day revival, “A Walk in the Park with Jesus,” beginning Sunday, May 16.
The revival will kick off with the 10:30 a.m. service in the church, 419 W. Walker St. The revival will continue Sunday evening, beginning with a magic show for kids at 5:30 p.m. at the Breck Trade Days Barn, located in the Breckenridge City Park, at Dunnigan Avenue and East Hullum Street. Praise and worship music will start at 6 p.m., followed by Mark Winter’s One Man Show Ministries, offering an inspirational message and dramatic presentation.
The revival will continue Monday and Tuesday nights at the Trade Days Barn with praise music beginning at 6 p.m., followed by Winter’s presentation. FUMC-Breckenridge Pastor David Fergeson says to come early for free barbecue sandwiches, hamburgers, and Dippin’ Dots ice cream.
