Donald Farris Hagle, 57, of Breckenridge, passed away April 6, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas. His memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, in the Melton-Kitchens Chapel of Memories with Melinda Lane officiating.

Donald was born February 10, 1965, in Knox City to parents Melva and Jackie Hagle. For most of Donald’s life, he worked in various occupations, including ranching, construction, working in the oil field, and as a truck driver. While driving, he would occasionally take his two daughters along with him. They traveled to over 30-plus states with their dad on his road trips. The daughters hold those road trips as fond memories.

Donald had many things that he enjoyed doing outside of his time with family. One of those things was a good country dance with one of his favorite country songs. The family also recalls Donald and his brothers tearing up the dance floors while having a night out on the town. He enjoyed taking the family on camping trips where he could do a little fishing and teach his young daughters how to swim. Donald also took pride in his motorcycles. Another family memory about Donald was that he always had a great sense of humor and how he was ALWAYS the center of attention in any crowd. He will be dearly missed by his loving family.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Melva and Jackie, and his brother, David Hagle. He is survived by his two daughters, Sabrina Craven and Kacy Wyke, both of Seymour; one brother, George “Wilby” Hagle of Breckenridge; four grandchildren, Aubrey and Colby Craven of Seymour, and Gena and Michael Wyke of Seymour; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials can be made in Donald’s name to a charity or organization of the donor’s choice and can be left at the Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home office. Condolences can be made online at meltonkitchens.com.
