Breckenridge Ministerial Alliance to host Holy Week services beginning Monday, March 29
The Breckenridge Ministerial Alliance will host its annual Holy Week Services each weekday, March 29-April 2, at noon, at the Stephens County Courthouse. Lunch will be provided by a local church after a brief time of worship.
Each year, the organization hosts the event for the community during the week leading up to Easter. Last year, the services were held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, the services will be held in the district courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse.
Each day a different local pastor will lead the service:
- Monday – Andy Rodgers – First Baptist Church
- Tuesday – Sonny McCauley – First Christian Church
- Wednesday – David Fergeson – First United Methodist Church
- Thursday – Fr. Donald Sackett – St. Andrew’s Anglican Church
- Friday – Don Bearden – Bethany Baptist Church
