Tickets available for Breckenridge Chamber’s annual awards ceremony
The Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards ceremony will be Thursday, April 8, at First United Methodist Church’s Christian Life Center.
The Chamber will present awards for 2020 Citizen of the Year, 2020 Ag Citizen of the Year, 2020 Business of the Year, 2020 Educator of the Year, and 2020 Civic Organization of the Year. This year’s guest speaker will be Kevin Tutt, author, speaker and co-founder of Tutt and Daggs, a corporate speaker organization.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and will include dinner.
Admission tickets to the event cost $10 and can be purchased at the Chamber office, 100 E. Elm St., during regular business hours. The Chamber is asking those who plan to attend to let them know by Thursday, April 1, to reserve tickets. There will be a limited number of tickets available at the door. The awards ceremony is a public event, open to everyone, not just Chamber members.
In addition to the guest speaker, the event will also include a presentation by the Breckenridge High School students participating in the Texas Midwest Community Network’s Leadership project.
