Lola Dollins, age 86, of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at Hart Cemetery with Rev. Tom Moore officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, March 5, at Morehart Mortuary.

Lola Nell Dawson was born March 17, 1934, in Rule, Texas, to parents, Marvin Gordan “Whitey” Dawson and Willie Lucille Bishop Dawson. She graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1952. Lola worked in the fabric department at Walmart for 25 years, and it goes without saying that she loved to crochet, embroider and cross stitch. She also had a green thumb and loved plants. She was a member of Elliott Street Church of Christ.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Bobby Dawson, Curtis Dawson.

Lola is survived by her two children, Connie Fade and husband Sammy, and Charles M. Dollins and wife Cynthia, all of Breckenridge; eight grandchildren, Janet Haigwood and husband Jimmy, Charles G. Dollins and wife Ashley, Cody Hash, Buck Fade and wife Tiffany, Tyler Fade and wife Stephanie, Cody Fade, Kristi Cole and husband Jason, and Trent Roberts and wife Farida; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
