One person died in the head-on collision Friday afternoon, May 15, on State Highway 67, about three miles north of U.S. Highway 180.

The wreck involved a car traveling north, and a pickup traveling south. According to security video from a nearby residence, it appeared that the car veered into the path of the pickup. Upon impact, the pickup rolled over.
