Breckenridge High School’s Buckaroo Stadium has a new look after the new field turf installation was completed last week.

The AstroTurf, which was put in by Carter Construction Company, features a two-tone look with alternating dark and light green five-yard-wide strips. The field features the traditional Buckaroo logo in the center, as well as “Breckenridge” in one endzone and “Buckaroos” in the other.

Late last year, the Breckenridge Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a contract with  Carter Construction to resurface the football field, and the company started to work on the project earlier this year.
