Troy Edward Stephens
Troy Edward Stephens 54, of Breckenridge passed away at his residence on January 22, 2020. Troy requested to be cremated and to have a celebration of life service at a later date.
Troy was born in Abilene, Texas, to Finis Troy and Shirley Stephens.
Troy married Julia Cude on January 9, 2019, at Rick and Leslie Hamilton’s. Troy worked hard all his life and was very proud of his construction business, Stephens and Stephens Construction. He also was extremely proud of his sons, whom he would brag on every chance he had. Troy loved to bass fish, ride his Harley motorcycle or just ride in his custom Harley truck. He was known always to lend a hand to someone in need if he had the time because he was always working.
Troy was preceded in death by his parents, numerous aunts and uncles.
Troy is survived by his wife, Julia; sons, Devin Stephens and Justin Wehunt and wife Claudia; granddaughter, Emalee Wehunt; grandson, Kodi Winblad; sister, Melissa Lowe and husband Jim; niece, Sydney Lowe; aunt, Freda Reeves and husband Johnnie; his lifelong friend Don Arel of Connecticut; several cousins; and many friends who will miss him dearly.
