Randy Brown, owner of Randy’s Bed and No Breakfast located at 1411 E. Walker Street, and his wife, Mildred, joined Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce members on Wednesday, Dec. 4, for a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of the new business.
