E.D. Arnold
E.D. Arnold, age 76 of Breckenridge, passed away Monday, November 25, 2019. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 27, in the Gunsight Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
Ernest Dwain Arnold was born on October 27, 1943, in Breckenridge, Texas, to parents Wesley Jenkins Arnold and Louise Haley Arnold. He attended school in Breckenridge and later served in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Mr. Arnold was stationed in San Diego, California. Following his Honorable Discharge, he worked in the oil field and later for R.E. Dye Manufacturing. He married Shirlie Inez Craven on February 14, 1974.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and one sister, Mary Lou Graham.
Mr. Arnold is survived by one son, Ernest Arnold, Jr. of Pittsburg; one daughter, Donna Pafford & husband Howard of Pittsburg; three step-sons, Robert Standridge of Breckenridge, Jeff Craven of Breckenridge, Wesley Truett of Jacksboro; one step-daughter, Kristi Craven Stephens of Breckenridge; one sister, Davie Dobrick of Fort Worth; and multiple grandchildren.
