The 90th District Judicial District Attorney for Stephens and Young counties recently released the following list of plea deals for Stephens County for August and September 2019:

August 2019

  • Ariel Arreola, Jr., 36, Breckenridge, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and to pay remaining fine and court costs.

September 2019

  • Jayden Danielle Riley, 20, Breckenridge, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 2 years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and to pay remaining fine and court costs; and, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than 1 Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 9 months confinement in Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Trey Lawrence Graves, 20, Mineral Wells, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and sentenced to 16 months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ and to pay remaining fine and court costs; and, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Theft of Property $2,500 or More but Less Than $30,000 and was sentenced to 16 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Samantha Hope Bloxham, 24, Abilene, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Zoee Gail Bonnette, 20, Breckenridge, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay remaining court costs; and, pled true to the allegations in the State’s motion to adjudicate community supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance 1 Gram or More but Less Than 4 Grams – Methamphetamine (Lesser Included Offense) and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay restitution and court costs.
  • Stanley Dale Madison, Jr., 23, Breckenridge, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay fine, restitution, and court costs.
  • Nathan Eugene Jamison, 18, Breckenridge, pled guilty to the offense of Theft of Material Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass Less Than $20,000 and was sentenced to 4 years community supervision, and to pay fine and court costs.
