The 90th District Judicial District Attorney for Stephens and Young counties recently released the following list of plea deals for Stephens County for June and July 2019:

June 2019

  • Angel Alfredo Duron, 25, Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance 1 Gram or More but Less Than 4 Grams – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Juan Carlos Rangel, 37, Breckenridge pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Theft of a Firearm and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • James Daniel Vickers, 45, Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Injury to a Child – Criminal Negligence and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.

July 2019

  • Timothy Warren White, 23, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to 20 years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and to pay court costs; and, pleaded guilty to the offense of Theft of Material Alum/Bronze/Copper/Brass Less Than $20,000 and was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and to pay court costs. Defendant was also sentenced out of Young County on charges.
  • Kelley Suann Walker, 51, Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • Darrell Lee Roberson, 37, Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility and was sentenced to four years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.
  • William Michael Rodgers, 44, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Sex Offenders Duty to Register Life/90 Days and was sentenced to 847 Days confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and to pay court costs.
  • Lisa Ann Jones, 29, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay restitution and court costs.
  • Joshua Max Brown, 27, Breckenridge, pleaded true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Burglary of Building and was sentenced to 15 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay remaining fine, restitution, and court costs.
  • Rosario Crystal Cervantes, 30, Desoto, pleaded guilty to the offense of Delivery Controlled Substance One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine – Lesser Included Offense and was sentenced to eight years community supervision and to pay $1000 fine and court costs.
  • Seth David Dossey, 26, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to six years community supervision and to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.
  • Samantha Michelle Rodriguez, 29, Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years community supervision and to pay court costs.
