Frances Jones
Frances E. Jones, 90, died on Friday, July 5, 2019, in Abilene, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.
Frances was born in DeKalb, Texas, on July 30, 1928, to Boyce H. Lann and wife Opal. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Opal and Boyce H. Lann; husband, Paul E. Jones; one daughter, Trisha Cote of Delaware; one son, Mike Jones of San Antonio; and four grandchildren, Paul E. Cote, Scottie Cote, Justin Jones and Ashton Jones.
She is survived by two sisters and one brother, Hazel Spradlin, LaMena and Rac Slider, and Jimmy and Deb Stewart, all of East Texas; one daughter, Paula Lee and husband Richard; two sons, Eldon Jones, and Davy Jones and wife Pat; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
