BPD to offer bicycle safety course on Saturday

The Breckenridge Police Department will host a Bicycle Safety course on Saturday morning at Walmart. The Breckenridge Independent School District’s Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) is co-sponsoring the event.
From 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 29, local students can learn bicycle safety and skills on a basic skills level obstacle course in the Walmart parking lot. Bicycle helmets, lights and more will be given away, while supplies last.
