State-bound track athletes leave for Austin following pep rally, send-off
Breckenridge High School students and staff, along with members of the community, held a pep rally and send-off for the four athletes going to the UIL State Track Meet today, Thursday, May 9. They will all compete on Friday, May 10.
Kylee Willis will compete in the high jump at 10 a.m. Friday, May 10.
Braden Campbell will compete in the pole vault at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 10.
Anna Reaugh will compete in the pole vault at 1 p.m. Friday, May 10.
Angel Ruiz will compete in the 400 meter dash, scheduled to start at 8:15 p.m. Friday, May 10, with the 1A teams running first, followed by 3A.
All of the state events will take place at the Mike A. Myers Track Complex on the University of Texas campus in Austin.
