Free bluegrass concert scheduled for April 9 in Breckenridge
The Kody Norris Show, a bluegrass band from Mountain City, Tennessee, is scheduled to perform a free concert in Breckenridge on Tuesday, April 9, at the National Theatre. The concert will be presented by the Word of Life Ministries and their sponsors.
The band includes Kody Norris on guitar, his wife Mary Rachel Nalley on fiddle, Tyler Wiseman on bass, and Josiah Tyree on banjo.
The band will play at the Glen Rose bluegrass festival on April 5 and 6, and then they will travel on to San Angelo for a festival on April 12-13.
The Breckenridge show will be presented free to the public, but seating will be limited. The doors will open at 7 p.m. on April 9, and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. For more information, call 254-559-0953. The National Theatre is located at 116 E. Walker St.
