Shelia Kay Williams Bell, age 71 of Breckenridge, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, at The Lighthouse Church with Rev. Michael Roach officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.

Shelia Kay Williams was born October 17, 1947, in Gorman, Texas, to Willie Lawrence Williams and Millie Maxine Poyner Williams. Sheila earned her GED and went on to further education at TSTC to be a librarian. Shelia worked as a librarian in Alvord and enjoyed reading. Her family will miss her holiday cards, her humor, and even her bossiness. She loved being a grandma and was always very generous to anyone that needed help.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, three brothers and one grandson.

Shelia is survived by her three children, Harold Bell and wife Carrie of Breckenridge, Dale Brabson of Texas, and Corina Spence of Utah; two sisters, Melissa Hancock of Tomball, Debra Wooldridge and husband Daniel of Whittier, North Carolina; eight grandchildren, especially four who were special to her; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Breckenridge Senior Citizens Center or Meals on Wheels and may be left at Morehart Mortuary. Condolences may be made online at www.morehartmortuary.net.
