Rosa Lee Booth Plott, age 85, of Breckenridge, passed away February 11, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 16, at Morehart Mortuary Chapel with Patrick Frishe officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, February 15, at Morehart Mortuary.

Rosa Lee Booth was born July 13, 1933, to parents William John Booth and Ola Mae Beasley Booth in Harpersville, Texas. She graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1951 and furthered her education at Weatherford Junior College. For thirty years, Lee worked as a real estate broker in Midland and for Hoover Construction as a general supervisor for twelve years. She married Donald Larry Plott on November 28, 1980, in Lubbock, Texas. Lee and Don loved to travel with the Good Sams RV Group. They farmed and ranched together, as well as raised and trained race horses. Lee’s pride and joy was her beloved mare – She’s “Touchy” Two. Lee and Don were active with the VFW. She was also a long standing member of the Breckenridge Elks Lodge #1480 – where she was a four-term president and trustee for the Lady Elks. Lee was a member of Gunsight Baptist Church and loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Brad Kincaid; her parents; and one grandson, Donnie Wiggins.

Lee is survived by one son, Mark Kincaid (Denise); three daughters, Theresa Wiggins (Don Edwards), Janey Lynch and Cindy Wolf (Shala Baker); one step-son, Danny Plott; two step-daughters, Donna Sloan (Jim) and Melinda Plott; one special daughter, Cheryl Norman (Roger); one sister, Rena Mae Shack; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and four nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Elks Lodge #1480 or the VFW #7767 and may be left at Morehart Mortuary. Condolences may be made online at
