Francis Verline Willingham, 79, of Mineral Wells, passed away, Saturday, December 29, 2018, with her husband and loved ones by her side. Memorial service with Charles Kuhn officiating will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 1 p.m. at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.

Francis Verline Gandy was born on July 28, 1939, to Ollie and Fannie Gandy in Breckenridge, Texas. She married Glen Willingham August, 18, 1958. Throughout their 60 years of marriage, they were blessed with four children and created a loving home for not only their children, but for any and all family and friends.

Survivors include, husband, Glen Willingham; daughters; Donna Sanchez and husband Ronnie, Tonya Whitecotton and husband Ulis; sons; Shane Willingham and wife Vickie, Patrick Willingham and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Allen Wagon, Candice Lamdin, Kylee Dyess, Tiffany Gibbs, Tanna Brewster, Seth Willingham, Case Willingham, Shania Willingham and Bailey Willingham; and 10 great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Verline was preceded in death by her siblings, Travis, Janice, Helen and Wayne Gandy; and, nephews, Randy and Jason.

The entire Willingham family would like extend special thanks to the amazing staff at Alpha Omega Hospice, Tammy, Dennis, Ashley and Chaplain Shane. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make memorials to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital. Memorials can be left at the funeral home office.
