Hospital auxiliary to host second annual Buckaroo Bunco Bonanza
The Stephens Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host its second annual benefit Buckaroo Bunco Bonanza on Monday, Sept. 17, at Chandelier Ridge Event Venue, 5470 Highway 183 South.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a review of the rules, lessons for new players and a nacho bar. The event will officially begin at 6 p.m.
The cost is $25 per person, and groups may reserve tables of up to 12 players. The nacho bar and a drink are included, but teams are encouraged to bring snacks for their tables.
Each person with the most Bunco, most wins and least wins at each table will win a prize. Additionally, there will be a benefit drawing for a $500 gift card to United Supermarket. Tickets for the drawing will cost $5 each.
The Auxiliary serves the hospital by raising funds with events such as the Bunco party and through sales at the hospitals gift shop to help with the costs of equipment, furnishings and maintenance.
