Lots of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 90s had many people out enjoying the great outdoors around Breckenridge today, from the city park to Hubbard Creek Lake, and according to weather predictions, the opportunity will continue throughout the next seven days.

The National Weather Service’s forecast for the upcoming week includes:
Sunday
Sunny, with a high near 95. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Monday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 98. South wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tuesday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 98. South wind around 10 mph.
Wednesday
Sunny, with a high near 98. South wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Thursday
Sunny, with a high near 98.
Friday
Sunny and hot, with a high near 99.
Saturday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 97.
