LeEtta Hill, 84 passed from this life to the next on Monday, April 16, 2018. Funeral service with Rev. Glenn Clark officiating will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Lakeside Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Albany Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 21, 2018, from 6-7 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.

LeEtta Novian was born on October 25, 1933, in Merkel, Texas, to Barnum Ray Novian and Mary Irene Rhodes Novian. She married J.H. Hill April 28, 1951, in Albany. LeEtta worked as a school bus driver in Albany, and was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. She also was a member of TOPS-Taking Off Pounds Sensibly for over 20 years, and in the club she held numerous offices. LeEtta gladly served in the Red Hats Society for 15 years. She collected Hard Rock Café pins and lighthouses.

LeEtta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and five brothers.

Survivors include her daughters, Pat Swan and husband Billy, Loretta Swan and husband Rick, and Mary Jane Roberts all of Breckenridge; sisters, Pauline Maker of Lubbock, Christine O’Neal of Lubbock, Frances of Abilene, Margie Hood of Kingwood, Bonnie Loftis of Graham, and Mary Coker of Cain Hill, Arkansas; grandchildren, Billy Swan, Lisa Swan, Misty Thigpen, Kristin Walling, Dalton Swan, B.J. Whitt, Trey Hogan, and Tasha Hogan; and 11 great-grandchildren.
