Urban Pioneers to perform in Breckenridge on Saturday

The Friends of Historic Breckenridge will present the Urban Pioneers back to the National Theatre Saturday, February 10, at 7:30 pm.

The “hillbilly swing music” band includes Breckenridge native Liz Sloan, as well as Jared McGovern, originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Martin Sargent of Fort Worth.

The Breckenridge performance is part of the band’s record release party for their new album “Hillbilly Swing Music.” The tour includes dates in Texas, Louisiana, Florida and many other states.

Tickets cost $15 each and are on sale now at the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce. They also can be purchased at the box office the night of the performance.
