Largent makes campaign stop in Breckenridge

Jim Largent, a candidate for state representative, was in Breckenridge on Wednesday, Jan. 10, for a campaign stop at L & L Family Restaurant. During the gathering, Largent gave an overview of his campaign platform and legislative priorities if he is elected. He also took questions from the crowd and spoke with local residents afterward.

Largent, who is superintendent for Granbury Independent School District, is a Republican candidate for the State Representative seat in Texas House District 60, which includes Stephens County, as well as Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Eastland, Shackelford, Palo Pinto and  Hood counties.

Largent is running against incumbent Rep. Mike Lang and fellow challenger Gregory Risse in the Republican Primary Election slated for March 6.
