Billie Harris, age 89 of Wadsworth, formerly of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 23, at Morehart Mortuary Chapel with Charles Kuhn officiating. Interment will follow in the Hart Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, December 22, at Morehart Mortuary.
Billie Faye Holt was born January 17, 1928, in Breckenridge, Texas, to parents John R. Holt and Nora Lee Boggs Holt. She attended school in Breckenridge. On May 25, 1945, Billie married Sidney Harris in Breckenridge. She worked for Breckenridge Independent School District in the cafeteria for 33 years. Billie was a member at Elliott Street Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sidney Harris; three sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Georgia Lea Frasier and husband Ron of Wadsworth; one grandson, Jeremy Frasier; three great-grandchildren, Weston Frasier, Wade Frasier, and Jessica Frasier; and numerous nieces and nephews.
