Mark Allen Jackson, 57, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at his residence. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, at 10 a.m. in the Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Rev. Dennis Hall officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.
Mark Allen Jackson was born on February 20, 1960, in Breckenridge to Robert and Claudia Sweeney Jackson. He married Tonya Nichols on August 21, 2010, in Breckenridge. Mr. Jackson had worked in the oilfield as a tubing tester.
Survivors include his wife, Tonya Jackson of Breckenridge; daughters, Joni Kellar and husband Clay of Eastland, Amber Brown of Burleson, and Shanna Walls and husband Josh of Eastland; sons, Rance Jackson and wife Annette of Big Spring, Caleb Jackson and wife Katrina of Canton, and Kyler Jackson and wife Kaitlin of Washington; step-daughters, Jemae Hinson of Breckenridge Markell Alexander of Breckenridge, Amanda Martin of Breckenridge, Tiffiony Crow and husband Robert of Moran, Keyana Mendez of Stephenville, and Jayane Mendez of Breckenridge; sister, Connie Jackson of Breckenridge; brother, James Jackson and wife Donna of Breckenridge; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
