The 60th annual Stephens County Junior Livestock Show and Sale is scheduled for Jan. 11-13, 2018, in Breckenridge. Several deadlines will be taking place over the next three months.

Sumer Russell, the Stephens County AgriLife Extension agent, has released the following list of important stock show dates:

• Sheep Validation – Oct. 14, 2017, 8-10 a.m.
• Poultry Validation – Oct. 14, 2017, 8-10 a.m.
• Goat Validation – Oct. 14, 2017, 8-10 a.m.
• County Cattle Validation – Oct. 14, 2017, 10 a.m. – Noon
• Swine Validation – Nov. 18, 2017, 10 a.m.
• Rabbit Validation – Dec. 10, 2017, 2 p.m.
• Ag Mechanics and Floral Design – Dec. 10, 2017, 2 p.m.
• Mandatory Cleanup – Jan. 14, 2018, 1 p.m.
• Awards and Ceremony – Jan. 25, 2018, 6 p.m.
